New information is added to the regional portals each week by four Xperience groups. Each group focuses on a specific area.

Daily Information Processing

Hundreds of items are received each day. They are mechanically:

• Filtered by topic, region, and relevance

• Processed and sorted

• Stored in separate folders

Publication and Archiving

In accordance with a defined publication schedule, one or more portal authors manually:

• Read the sorted news items

• Select items for publication

• Publish and archive the selected content

No news is published automatically on the regional portals. Every publication and archiving operation is performed entirely by people.
